SELF-STEEM IS THE OPINION THAT PEOPLE FORM ABOUT THEMSELVES. IT’S A SYSTEM OF CLASSIFICATION WITH WHICH THEY MEASURE THE CONCEPT THAT THEY HAVE OF THEMSELVES.

II – HOW LOW SELF-STEEM IS ESTABLISHED

1 – LOW SELF-STEEM CAN BE ESTABLISHED WHEN PARENTS DENY MANIFESTATIONS OF LOVE TO THEIR CHILDREN. THE INDIVIDUALS THAT SUFFER FREQUENT REJECTIONS FROM FATHER AND MOTHER, VERY LIKELY SUFFER FROM LOW SELF-STEEM.

5 – DECEPTION WITH THEIR OWN LIFE, WITH OTHERS AND, ESPECIALLY, WITH THEMSELVES
6 – CONCERN AND FEAR OF THE FUTURE, OF WHAT OTHERS THINK AND OF THE THINGS THEY DID.
7 – A VOICE INSIDE THAT IS VERY NEGATIVE
8 – ANGER OF THE PEOPLE THAT HURT YOU
9 – DENIEL OF THE WAY YOUR LIFE IS, OF YOUR OWN PROBLEMS AND OF OTHERS.
10 – REFUSES TO TRY HARD TO RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS
11 – JEALOUSY OF OTHERS
12 – ENVY OF WHAT OTHERS HAVE AND OF WHAT OTHERS ARE
13 – A LOT OF COMPARISON WITH OTHERS
14 – INSECURITIES IN GENERAL
15 – ANXIOUS INDIVIDUAL AND EXTREMELY ANALYTICAL (ALWAYS REPLAYS EVERYTHING MENTALLY TO FIND OUT WHAT WENT WRONG)

1 – CAPABILITY OF LOVING OTHERS AND THEMSELVES
2 – CAPABILITY OF GIVING THEMSELVES IN A WHOLEHARTED WAY
3 – CAPABILITY OF ALOWING THEMSELVES TO MAKE MISTAKES
4 – CAPABILITY OF ESTABLISHING REAONABLE EXPECTATIONS
5 – POSITIVE INTERNAL VOICE
6 – CAPABILITY OF KEEPING YOURSELF CONNECTED WITH YOUR OWN FEELINGS, KNOWING HOW YOU FEEL EACH DAY
7 – CAPABILITY OF SAYING “NO” WHEN NECESSARY
8 – ACCEPTING YOURSELF FOR WHAT YOU ARE, CHANGING WHAT IS POSSIBLE TO CHANGE, LETING GO OF WHAT YOU CAN’T CHANGE
9 – UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH GOD LOVES AND VALUES YOU
10 – KNOWING THAT YOUR SELF-STEEM AND YOUR DIGNITY COME FROM GOD (HE CREATED IT)
